1. Provider and acceptance

AuraZen is provided by Brasa Solutions, Fritz-Reuter-Weg 1a, 27607 Geestland, Germany. By downloading, accessing, or using AuraZen, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Wellness, not medical care

AuraZen is a wellness tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Crisis resources are informational; AuraZen is not an emergency service, does not monitor you, and cannot contact help for you. If you believe you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental-health emergency, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

3. Using AuraZen

You may use AuraZen for your personal, non-commercial wellbeing reflection. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for information you choose to enter or share through the app. Do not use AuraZen in a way that is unlawful, harmful, or interferes with the service or other users.

4. Optional features

Some features require your permission, such as microphone, Apple Health, one-time location, or notifications. Selecting a trusted contact uses Apple's system picker and does not give AuraZen access to your full address book. A location link is approximate by default and becomes precise only if you explicitly choose that option; you remain responsible for reviewing the message before sending it. Watch, Siri, Messages, Maps, and other system features may be subject to Apple's terms. You can control permissions in the app and device settings. Optional AI-assisted features provide supportive information and should not be relied on as professional or emergency guidance.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

Paid features may be offered through Apple App Store in-app purchases. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. An auto-renewable subscription renews unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple may charge the renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings; access generally continues until the end of the paid period. Prices, trial eligibility, taxes, cancellation, and refund handling are shown or managed by Apple.

6. Privacy

Your use of AuraZen is subject to our Privacy Policy. It explains the data we process, why we use it, and the controls available to you.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of AuraZen to maintain, improve, or protect the service. We may update these Terms from time to time. Where appropriate, we will notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised Terms.

8. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. To the extent permitted by law, AuraZen and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

9. Governing law and contact
