Ride out the urge

Therapy is one hour a week.
AuraZen is for those hours. The 11 PM scroll, the Sunday dread, the urge that shows up out of nowhere. Whether you see a therapist or never plan to.
Your week, hour by hour
A week has 168 hours. Even with weekly therapy, 167 of them happen without anyone in the room. That's where habits form, urges show up and bad nights stack. That's where AuraZen lives.
The Sunday dread before the week starts.
“One more video” in bed. It's been an hour.
Therapy, if you go. You forget half of what happened.
Awake. Replaying a conversation.
After work. The urge you promised to skip this week.
What if I don't do therapy?
Most people never book a session. Some can't, some won't, some tried once and hated it. Fair. Here's what we hear most, and our honest answer. Tap a card.
You walk in with notes: your check-ins, your urges and your sleep, side by side. Share them only if you want to. No more starting with a blank stare.
AuraZen is not therapy and not an emergency service. If you're in crisis, talk to a person now. Call your local emergency number or a crisis line near you. The app keeps crisis lines for 20 countries one tap away.
What makes AuraZen different
Most apps tell you what your data means. AuraZen shows you what tends to come before, and lets you decide if it's true for you.
Your urges were stronger after nights with less than 6 hours of sleep. 5 of 7 times.

What AuraZen checks for you
Across your sleep, body, feelings and urges. Up to two discoveries a week are free. AuraZen Plus shows every one it finds, over any period, with Apple Health in the mix.
More are on the way. New connections are included in Plus as they ship.
Open a topic to read its connections. These observations support reflection; they do not establish causes.
Don't take our word for it
Box breathing is a square: in, hold, out, rest, four seconds each. Follow the light around the box once.
Choose a tension rating before starting (0–10).
And now?
Your demo ratings before and after this round. Nothing is saved. A single round does not establish whether an exercise helps you.
